In accordance with the terms of the Independence Production Agreement, ACTRA has declared DRGN Productions Inc. (Wings of the Dragon) and its Principals “UNFAIR PRODUCERS” for failure to meet their payroll obligations.

Until such time as they are in full compliance with all payroll obligations under the IPA, DRGN Productions Inc. and its Principals are prohibited to engage ACTRA members in Canada or in any other location worldwide, on this or any other production.

Members cannot work on any project produced by these Principals until further notice.
